James Cook University was established in Townsville in 1970 and has now grown into one of the world’s leading tropical universities. This project involved the first stage refurbishment of the iconic library building into a vibrant facility, focused on student centred learning. mcd Australia was engaged to provide cost planning services from concept stage to detailed design and are now providing a full post contract quantity services until completion and delivery of the project.
