A strategic accommodation master plan to upgrade 180 houses over five years is being implemented to address ongoing issues within the Township of the GEMCO mine site. mcd Australia lead the consultant team to scope and tender phase one and phase two of the upgrade program. Phase 2 of the project is under construction, Phase 1 was completed late 2011 within budget and program.
