The entire site is over 2 hectares in size, which means on-ground carparking is always available. mcd Australia has been commissioned to undertake a masterplan analysis, looking at various redevelopment options in order to prove up an outcome which will ensure the centre can continue to grow into the future.
Redevelopment Proposal
The essence of the proposed redevelopment is to value add to the existing centre by a refurbishment & /or expansion of the Woolworths supermarket and also developing additional speciality or specialist retail space & /or mini major opportunities where possible. The proposed redevelopment masterplan is the resultant reality of managing the site’s constraints & capitalising on the opportunities, combined with the feasibility limitations of working within & around an existing /operating asset.
