The Wintergarden redevelopment offers an integrated retail destination in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. The vision for the Wintergarden is to create uninterrupted retailing with a series of double level, high-end fashion outlets. Re launching the centre as Brisbane’s finest Retail offering. mcd Australia was engaged by ISPT to manage the design phase, tender for construction and oversee the Stage 1 construction process. This process had to be planned and managed in such a way that the Centre can continue to be operational along with the highly successful Hilton Hotel, which presented enormous challenges for the entire project team.
