MCD Australia was again engaged by Vicinity Centres to superintend this major upgrade project which included works to the facade, walkways and carpark reconfiguration. Project procurement was via tender which included the provision of detailed design development responsibility by the contractor, in addition to the construction delivery.
Management was a key part of the project to ensure all centre retailers were able to continue normal trading during the construction stage.
Works commenced in May 2019 and were completed in October 2019.
