The Rogers cold store and freezer was part of a larger project for the Rudd Street Industrial Estate development that consisted of two other warehouse structures housing three other tenants over a 12-month construction period.
Completed in August 2024, the Rogers project consisted of a two storey Office and 3,233sqm of purpose built Refrigeration System (ammonia based) achieving:
– Internal Cold Room Height = 10m
– Freezer Temps = -25C to -1C
– Coldroom Temps = 0C to +2C
– Anteroom Temps = +7C to +10C
– Total GFA (including plant) of 4,025sqm.
