In June 2020, FIFE Capital completed construction of a 13,850m2 speculative warehouse building, which has the flexibility to separate into two tenancies, on one of its three sites within the Silica Street Industrial Estate.

An energex HV easement running through the site was rerouted to facilitate the location of the warehouse and a bridge that straddled the Q100 overland flow corridor  was required to access the site.   The structure comprises two 400m2 office spaces, 9,700m2 of pavement, a 10 meter wide and 19 meter wide ‘super awning’ over a 1200mm deep recessed loading dock equipped with four dock levelers.

The facilities shares an access driveway and 96 car parking spaces, along with shared services and fire infrastructure.
