Located on the sands of Palm Beach just south of the Tallebudgera Creek headlands, this eleven-level luxury residential apartment development comprises two basement parking and storage levels, seven 470m2 apartments each spread over of single level, all with private spa pool, home theatre, scullery and private elevator access. Atop these is a single, 1200m2 Penthouse that occupies the upper three levels of the building with an infinity pool with inbuilt spa, a private day spa room, theatre, playroom, two studies, two elevators and seven ensuited bedrooms.
This significant residential tower makes full use of the 1020m2 site and required demolition of the large luxury home already on the site, use of adjoining Council car parking and grassed areas that abuts the local surf club, and the careful consideration of the neighboring residential building during construction.
MCD Australia was appointed as Superintendent for this project, which commenced in September 2019 and was completed in December 2021.
