LOCATION: Brisbane, QLD
CLIENT: QIC
VALUE: $12 Million
ROLE:

The tired, mixed-use southern precinct end of the Logan Hyperdome building was transformed into the modern urban styled environment of the Market Room – a highly functional and innovative open plan hub for fresh food retailers and casual eat in dining.
Inside, 19 new tenancies were created, comprising a mix of kiosk style and more traditional spaces, whilst the external entrance required modification to a large amount of the existing steel structure to create the striking new architecture façade, completed with landscaping.
Of particular focus was the need to maintain store access to the anchor tenants, Coles and Aldi, who also occupied the southern precinct.
