MCD Australia has again assisted CHL and the Queensland State Government with the delivery of another Affordable Housing project, adding to the under-supplied market.
The vacant 1900m2 Southport site required significant site remediation prior to commencing construction. Work was completed in August 2025.
The development delivered two six-story towers which will provide 41 new, affordable housing units: 22x 2-bedroom units, 15x 1-bedroom units, and four Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) units. The basement provides 40 parking spaces, and the roof accommodates 99kW of solar panels.
