This 7,500 sqm GFA cold store is part of the previously delivered Rudd Street Industrial Estate development, where one of the completed warehouses is now being converted into the cold store to support the expanding needs of the existing cold store tenant on the site.

The six-month project is due for completion in April 2026 and will provide 3,864 sqm of purpose built (ammonia based) cold store/freezer refrigeration system, 2,430 sqm of drystore and a 300 sqm two-storey; specification include:

– Internal Cold Room Height = 10,300mm

– Freezer Temp = -24C to +2C

– Chiller Temps = 0C to +2C

– Anteroom Temps = +5C
