ROLE:
In late 2021 MCD Australia was appointed By the Eureka Group as Project Managers for the expansion of their existing Seniors Lifestyle Village at Brassall, near Ipswich in SEQ.
The existing relocatable homes village doubled in size, achieved 51 new 2-bedroom villas, a pool house renovation and electrical transformer upgrade. The works were planned across four separate stages to minimise disruption to existing residents and maximise new resident uptake.
A Development Application was approved in June 2021, with a market tender being held in early 2022 which was awarded to Verve Constructions (QLD). Works commenced on site in early 2023 and the last stage was completed in February 2024.
