The Terraces at Varsity Lake was a four level Aged Care facility providing 150 beds of varying care levels, including low care, specialty high care and ‘super suite’ apartments, incorporating associated activities and amenities accommodation.
On behalf of McKenzie Aged Care Group, MCD Australia managed the project delivery from the outset of the building works contract, and also coordinated the design and implementation of the main access roadway serving the project and the two adjoining sites.
