ROLE:
MCD Australia was appointed Development and Project Managers for the River Place project comprising of 316 luxury apartments, a 25 metre lap pool, residents gymnasium and sauna. The developer achieved a better than expected return for this project, achieving savings in the reduction of complex design issues which promoted a quicker delivery time.
As a result of this success, MCD Australia was subsequent appointed as managers for the larger River City development too.
