ROLE:
Industrial Vehicle Corporation – Brisbane (IVECO) relocated its sales, servicing and parts warehouse facility to a 24,000m2 site in Wacol. The existing 6,800m2 industrial warehouse located on the site was refurbished to accommodate the new tenant’s requirements. Completed in November 2020, the refurbishment works comprised:
- Office and workshop refurbishment
- Doubling the size of the existing awnings to 9 meters wide running the full length of both sides of the workshop
- Replacement of translucent sheeting in the workshop
- Expansion of parts storage to 1,600m2 plus racking
- Extension to existing hardstand area and creation of 1,470m2 of suspended slab hardstand for trucks
- New external IVECO corporate branding package
