FIFE Capital developed a 7-hectare Industrial Estate on Rudd Street in Oxley consisting of three warehouses across two lots. Bridgestone was secured as a tenant to occupy part of the front lot with a purpose-built 5,000m2 warehouse and office facility, and 8,000m2 hardstand area. The remainder of that lot was developed concurrently as a dual tenancy with a 4,500m2 speculative warehouse facility with the second, rear lot to be developed at a later time.
Two separate Development Applications were lodged but with civil and stormwater aspects having to be addressed across the entire lot, full design was prepared for the bulk earthworks and lodged for an Operational Works approval as part of the first DA.
Work commenced on site in July 2020 was completed in June 2021.
