FIFE Capital is developing a 7 hectare Industrial Estate on Rudd Street in Oxley, which will consist of three warehouses across two lots. Bridgestone Tyre’s has already been secured as a tenant on a lease commitment and will occupy part of the front lot with a purpose-built 5,000m2 warehouse and office facility, and 8,000m2 hardstand area. The remainder of the lot will be developed concurrently, as a dual tenancy, 4,500m2 speculative warehouse facility. The second, rear lot will be developed at a later time.
The first of two separate Development Application has already been lodged. In order to resolve the civil and stormwater aspects, Consultants had to address the lot in its entirety so the full design was prepared for bulk earthworks and was lodged for an Operational Works approval as part of this first DA. Work commenced on site in July 2020 with a six month construction programme.
