MCD Australia is pleased to continue assisting it’s valued client, Elanor Investors, with their Queensland based commercial refit, refurbishment and tenancy projects.
Four projects were undertaken to the 5-storey Mt Gravatt office development including a cosmetic refresh of the tired, existing basement End-of-Trip-Facility (EOTF), the design and construction of a large new EOTF structure connected to an extensive new outdoor decked recreation area nestled in the existing gardens and staged down the slope, complete with roof-mounted gardens, BBQ area and lounging options. In addition, the internal refit of a vacated office tenancy was undertaken.
