This 67 hectare, 68 lot industrial site is strategically positioned within the Yatala Enterprise Area and provided lots ranging from 67sqm to 13 hectares for sale and lease.
MCD Australia undertook all facets of the industrial subdivisions development including earthworks, 3500m of retaining walls up to 12m high, 15km of storm water, sewer, water reticulation, landscaping and electrical reticulation and road works.
Earthworks included drilling, blasting, crushing and screening and on site concrete batching to produce all the ready mix concrete required.
