Protech are a national company providing a specialised workforce based at head offices in QLD, The company approached MCD Australia to provide project management services for the refurbishment of a vacant space within their building. The refurbishment included a new high-end staff breakout space, main kitchen, boardroom and conference area, as well as executive offices.
MCD Australia was commissioned to take the concept design through detailed design documentation, tender, contract award and construction phases. Working around their existing office space was a key to the successful completion, as was the continuing operation without disturbance of the adjacent tenants.
