A large site in Aspley owned by Zupps and manged by AHG was redeveloped, requiring demolition of half the site and a number of old buildings to make way for new Mitsubishi and Hyundai showrooms, a massive 50-carbay workshop, and a 3-level carpark at the rear, which sat alongside the still trading Holden dealership.
MCD Australia was appointed as Client Representative to oversee the project from feasibility to completion.
